Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut-up
Preparation
    Melt margarine in rectangular
    pan in oven.
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and
    pepper; coat chicken.
    Place skin side down
    in pan.
    Bake 35 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
    Turn; bake about 15 minutes or until done.
