Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef in butter.
    Add soup, 1 3/4 cups water and mushrooms.
    Simmer 40 minutes
    or until beef is tender.
    Stir in flour, blended with sour cream and remaining water.
    Bring to boiling, then simmer, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.
    Cook noodles and mix with stroganoff.
