Egg Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

drippings from any meat
1/3 c. flour
1 pt. water
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
In skillet add drippings.
Heat the drippings.
Stir in the flour.
Cook and stir until brown.
Add the water, beaten egg, salt and pepper.
Stir to right thickness.
