Egg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    drippings from any meat
    1/3 c. flour
    1 pt. water
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet add drippings.
    Heat the drippings.
    Stir in the flour.
    Cook and stir until brown.
    Add the water, beaten egg, salt and pepper.
    Stir to right thickness.
