Broccoli-Spinach Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 1/4 c. stuffing cubes, seasoned
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee French fried onions (2.8 oz.)
Preparation

Defrost and drain vegetables.
Mix with stuffing and egg. Put half into baking dish (about 8 x 8-inch or 2-quart round), sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread on 1/2 can soup and 1/2 of onions.
Add remaining vegetables, soup and onions.
Bake, covered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
