Pear-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pears
    2 large cans pineapple chunks
    1/2 lb. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar and flour.
    Mix.
    Then add juice.
    Cook until thick and add vinegar.
    Let cool.
    Add to fruit in a large bowl. Top with grated cheese, whipped cream and nuts.
    This will keep several days in refrigerator.
