Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. green pepper, finely minced
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. pecans, chopped (use more if needed)
1 box crackers
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese and pineapple. Add green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Mix well and shape into a ball. Roll ball in chopped pecans until outside is coated. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.
