Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
3/4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small can mild green chilies
2 c. cooked chicken pieces or turkey pieces
4 handfuls regular Doritos
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
Preparation

Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender.
To this, add both cans of soup and milk and stir until thoroughly mixed.
To this add chopped peppers, including juice.
Drain chicken pieces and add to mixture.
Stir once more until thoroughly mixed.
Boil rapidly for 10 minutes, stirring to keep from scorching.
Let cool.
