Broccoli-Cheddar Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed and drained, frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Roll dough into a 12-inch square on a lightly floured surface. Combine broccoli and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
    Spread mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
    Starting on one side, roll dough tightly jelly roll fashion.
    Moisten seam edge of dough with water.
    Press securely to seal, turning seam side down.
    Cut roll into 8 slices.
    Cut each slice almost in half again, cutting to within 1/2 inch of bottom.
    Gently open out halves, invert and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place free from drafts for 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Yields 8 servings.
