Countryside Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    1 c. celery slices
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip (can use nonfat)
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place rice in cake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Combine soup and all other ingredients, mixing until well blended.
    Pour half the mixture over rice; top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour
    until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
    You may sprinkle with paprika before baking for a more colorful look.
