Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef roast
    wine and water to cover meat to cook for 3 hours
    1 (28 oz.) bottle ketchup (more if necessary)
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Boil roast in water and wine for 3 hours.
    Shred beef.
    Remove half the water and wine; reserve.
    Combine with the wine and water all the ingredients including the roast.
    Season and simmer, adding reserve liquid as necessary.
    Cook until desired doneness.
