Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and blend.
    Add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheeses, onion and steak sauce.
    Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
    Cook macaroni; add to cheese mixture.
    Put into 2-quart casserole; bake 20 minutes in moderate oven.
