Spicy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red skinned potatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. mild salsa
    2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    shredded carrot
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
    Do not peel potatoes. Allow to cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Combine mayonnaise, salsa and mustard and toss with potatoes.
    Add scallions, pepper and carrots.
    Chill salad until ready to serve.
