Panetone Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 c. rum
    1 lemon skin, grated or lemon extract
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Add the vanilla, rum and lemon.
    Grease tube pan and sprinkle with flour. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until cake rises, about 45 minutes. Lower oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
