Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 white corn tortillas
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 green onion tops, sliced thin
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green enchilada sauce
shredded cheese (Colby Jack)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onion. Add green chilies and sour cream. Mix well. Spoon a little of mixture into each tortilla. Add shredded cheese on top. Roll up and place, seam side down, in Pam-sprayed Pyrex.
Mix together soup, green sauce and milk. Pour over enchiladas. Cover with shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
