Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1/4 to 1/2 c. green onions, chopped (tops included)
1 c. milk
5 eggs
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press hash brown potatoes in pan and brush with melted butter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with ham, cheese and onions.
Beat milk and eggs and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
