Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of sugar
6 Tbsp. olive oil
ripe tomatoes
green olives and/or black olives
salad greens
Preparation
-
For dressing, place vinegar, basil, salt, pepper and sugar in food processor or blender. With motor running, add oil in slow, steady stream until oil is thoroughly blended.
