Crazy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (unsifted)
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda) into 9 x 13-inch square pan.
    Add liquid ingredients.
    Blend with fork; don't mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    If mixed in bowl, recipe will make 2 (9-inch) cakes, 3 (8-inch) cakes or 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
