Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 1/2 oz. pkg. cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles or relish
9 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. pickle juice
Preparation

Make cornbread using first three ingredients.
Cool and crumble.
Combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, pickles and bacon.
