Mexican Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can Ro-Tel
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion
1/2 pkg. tortillas (corn)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger with chopped onion.
Drain grease and sprinkle on taco seasoning.
Add can of Ro-Tel.
Next, cut up corn tortillas and add to hamburger mixture.
Mix in cream of mushroom soup.
After mixture is thoroughly mixed, cover with Velveeta. Put lid on until cheese melts, then serve.
