Crabmeat Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can crabmeat (1 c.), rinsed and drained
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    garlic salt to taste
    1 jar Heinz chili sauce
    2 tsp. horseradish
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup of crabmeat in deep bowl with cream cheese, onions, parsley and garlic; form into ball.
    Roll ball in Parmesan cheese.
    Put in serving dish.
    Mix remaining crabmeat, chili sauce and horseradish.
    Pour over ball when ready to serve.
    Serve with crackers.
