Baked Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. leg of lamb
    3 small cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut slits in lamb with tip of sharp knife; insert garlic slivers in slits.
    Sprinkle pepper and salt over lamb.
    Spread with mustard.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Place lamb in shallow roasting pan.
    Drizzle on Worcestershire.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from pan to a heated platter and make gravy by adding a little flour and water to the drippings in the pan.
    Season with additional salt and pepper.
    Overnight refrigeration with seasoning before roasting will enhance the taste of this meat.
