Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 pkg. Shake 'n Bake for chicken
4 cubed steaks
1/3 c. warm water
Preparation

Melt shortening in skillet over low heat.
Shake steaks one at a time until coated.
Save what is left in bag.
Place steaks in skillet.
Increase to medium heat and fry steaks for five minutes on each side until done.
Remove steaks to platter.
Put the coating mixture leftover in bag into skillet.
Add water and stir well to mix meat scrapings and coating mix.
Heat to boiling; stir and pour over steak.
