Italian Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    5 tsp. minced onion
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and mushrooms and then mix well all the ingredients, except cheese.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole and cover with cheese.
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cover casserole and bake for 35 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
