Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Soften the cream cheese; mix together with the pineapple juice.
    Cream thoroughly.
    When jello is cool, add cream cheese mixture, nuts, pineapple, celery and whipped cream; mix all together.
    Let stand in icebox.
