Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix water with buttermilk. Cook in deep fryer.
Have oil hot. Drop with a teaspoon in hot oil.
Cook until brown.
