Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in pieces
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 celery ribs, cut in pieces
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, cut in quarters
    3 yellow squash, cut in half
    2 c. tomato juice or V-8
    2 Tbsp. dry tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients raw in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix juice, tapioca, sugar and salt.
    Pour over raw veggies.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Serves 4.
