Never Fail Pie Crusts(May Prepare Ahead. Freezes Well. Makes 2 Pie Crusts.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture and stir until well blended.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness and line pie pans.
