Mullagin (Venison) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (raw)
    1 chopped onion
    4 potatoes, peeled & sliced
    salt & pepper
    1 lb. raw ground venison
    salt & pepper
    V-8 juice (or tomato juice) big can
Preparation
    Layer in large covered casserole ingredients as they are listed above.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
