Baked Chicken With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can pineapple slices
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. crushed rosemary
    3 chicken breasts, halved
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; set aside.
    Combine pineapple juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Place chicken in pan, skin side up; broil until brown.
    Add pineapple slices to chicken, then stir sauce and pour over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
