Easy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 c. rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour onion soup over rice.
    Add 1 cup water or milk.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place chicken in baking dish and spread cream of celery or chicken soup over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add water as necessary to keep moist.
    Curry powder may be added if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
