Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pie crust shell
Preparation

Punch holes in pie shell and bake before pouring mixture. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Fully cook sausage, cheese, onion and flour; mix well.
Spread in pie shell.
Beat eggs, milk and parsley flakes.
Slowly pour over sausage mixture.
Bake on baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
