Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. apple pie spice
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. chopped apples (Granny Smith)

Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Add oil, nutmeg and apple pie spice. Blend in well.
Sift together and add flour, salt and soda.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Can be frosted when cooled with a cream cheese frosting.
Makes 12 servings.
