Spinach Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 10 oz. pkg. frozen leaf spinach
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Place frozen spinach in boiling water, add salt. Bring to boil and cover and reduce heat. Cook 4 to 6 minutes. Drain. Mix soup mix and sour cream. Add spinach. Cover and bake in casserole for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
