Crumb Crust Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
5 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
-
Stir together flour and salt; mix in rolled oats.
Crumb together with butter and cold water.
Top fruit pie with crumb crust instead of pastry shell and bake as directed.
