Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, diced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 3/4 c. Bisquick*
    salt and pepper to taste
    handful grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place into greased pan and place on cookie sheet in an oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake almost 1 hour until light brown.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
