Surfin' Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top chicken flavor mix (in the canister)
    1 c. thawed frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, divided
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can chunk light tuna, drained
    1/2 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup of the cheese; mix well.
    Pour mixture into 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
    Cover loosely with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes.
    Stir mixture thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edges; smooth top.
    Cover. Microwave 5 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
    Preparation Time:
    15 minutes.
    Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
