Bing Cherries In Wine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark, sweet cherries
    1 (3 oz.) box black cherry gelatin
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Add enough water to cherry juice from drained cherries to make 1 cup.
    Place juice in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Stir in gelatin.
    Add wine and refrigerate.
    When gelatin begins to set, stir in cherries and nuts.
    Pour into oiled 2 cup mold or bowl and refrigerate until firm.
