Ranch Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk and eggs.
Mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat a well-greased 9-inch cast-iron skillet in a 400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into hot skillet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
