Potato Potluck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper
    another 1/4 c. melted oleo
    2 c. crushed corn flakes (or may use buttered bread crumbs)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together through the grated sharp cheese. Add potatoes and fold into first ingredients.
    Put in a 3-quart greased casserole.
    Mix oleo and corn flakes; put over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
