Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
    3 c. diced celery
    3 c. diced onion
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. bead molasses
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Brown together pork and beef; put in kettle.
    Add the celery, onion, 2 cups water and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 1/2 hour, then add the soy sauce and bead molasses.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add bean sprouts and thicken.
    Serve over rice and/or noodles.
