Kay'S Perfect Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 underblade roast (bone-in), remove fat and score
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large pan, melt fat until 3 tablespoons is obtained.
    Add meat and brown on all sides.
    Add onion soup mix, ketchup and water.
    Cover pan.
    On high heat, bring to boil, then turn to simmer and cook, 30 to 40 minutes per pound.
