Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Irish potatoes, peeled, boiled, drained and salted
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1/2 c. good cucumber sweet pickles, sliced
    2 or 3 half done carrots
    1 small sweet onion, sliced
    cauliflower and broccoli (optional)
    1 carton sour cream (small)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Slice all of vegetables in rather large pieces.
    Pour sauce made of last 5 ingredients over the vegetables and toss.
    Either decorate with quartered tomatoes (unpeeled) or toss in just before serving.
