Burgundy Beef Tips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. red wine
1 lb. stew beef, cut in bite-size pieces
1 small chopped onion
2 c. water
Preparation

Brown beef in small amount of oil.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add drained mushrooms, bouillon and water.
Cool until beef is tender, adding more water if necessary.
Add wine last 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
