Fruit And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cheese, cubed
1 flat can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Drain pineapple into a small saucepan.
Add apples, nuts and cheese to pineapple.
Mix well.
Add sugar, flour and
egg to pineapple juice in saucepan.
Mix well and cook on medium heat until thick and clear.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Best if refrigerated overnight.
