White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. flavoring (vanilla, rum, lemon)
    1 lb. cherries
    1 lb. pineapple
    1 lb. nuts, shelled
    6 large eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Alternate eggs and flour, saving 1 cup flour to dredge fruit.
    Add fruits and nuts.
    Add baking powder to flour.
    Mix in flavoring.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Test after 1 hour.
    Cool before removing from pan.
