Fried Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 head shredded cabbage
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    shredded carrot
    salt, pepper, celery seed
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers (found in produce dept.)
    oil (for deep-frying)
Preparation
    In a skillet, add a little bit of oil. Brown meat. Add onion, celery, carrot, cabbage and seasonings. In another skillet, add enough oil to deep-fry. Place wrapper on counter and fill center with meat mixture. Wrap bottom and sides and roll up. Seal edge with a little water. Deep-fry until brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
