Baked Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh peaches or drained canned peaches
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Place peaches in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over peaches.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup cornstarch together and sift over batter.
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over sugar topping.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool slightly before serving.
