Egg-Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread with crust removed.
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2-1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish and spread browned and drained sausage over bread cubes, then put cheese over top.
    Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard.
    Pour this over sausage, bread and cheese.
    Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of milk.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Garnish with mushrooms and bake approximately 1-1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
