Cheese And Bacon Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 green onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 - 4 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
    6 - 8 slices cooked crumbled bacon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Grease a 9 X 9 baking pan.
    In a medium bowl using wire whisk, beat eggs, milk, green onion, butter, salt, and pepper until well blended.
    Pour mixture into baking pan.
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over the top.
    Bake 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
