Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 extra large pkg. strawberry jello
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 lb. carton sour cream

Preparation

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add 2 1/2 cups more cold water.
Add frozen strawberries with juice. Mix together, pour 1/2 mixture into bowl and refrigerate until firm.
Spread sour cream on top of firm jello.
Set into refrigerator for 15 minutes. Pour other half of jello and strawberries on top of sour cream. Put back into refrigerator until firm.
